When wondering what people in Amsterdam wanted the most in cold, dark winters, the answer was easy: sunlight. The campaign brought sunshine to the Netherlands in January.

In Amsterdam’s Westerpark, a 10m-diameter balloon floated in the air like the sun, while smells of summer, the sound of birds and wooden beach chairs reinforced the experience of a summer day.
